Past, Present and Future

Founded in 1919 in Lisbon, “Confeções Regojo” began its activity in the textile retail market, opening more than 200 stores in Portugal and Spain by 2010. Since then, it has dedicated itself mainly to real estate investment, while maintaining some investments in the fashion sector and focusing on sustainability and social support.

In 1919, the first Regojo factory in Lisbon produced men's shirts and suits. In 1964, “Confeções Regojo” began a partnership with Spanish artist Salvador Dalí to create the “Dalí” brand. During 50 years of activity, they have represented more than 20 international brands in more than 200 stores in Portugal and Spain.

In 2015, the Regojo Group focused on real estate investment, both in development and marketing and in asset management, with the development of Liberdade Street Fashion in the historic center of Braga and other investments in Lisbon, Oeiras and Estoril.

Since then, real estate investment has become the Group's main investment market and it currently has a portfolio of more than €100M in assets of diversified natures, mostly in Retail, Housing and Hospitality.
