The Cacilhas-Norte Execution Unit covers an area of around 17.9 ha and is part of the Poente Sul Planning and Management Operative Unit, specifically in the Cacilhas area, which belongs to the Oeiras and São Julião da Barra, Paço de Arcos and Caxias Parish Union.

As part of the strategic business context, the Cacilhas Norte E.U. is a multifunctional territorial unit, made up of housing, commercial and service units, with one of its central focuses being the creation of excellent public spaces such as a large central square, an urban park and a TCSP line station, which will connect the C.C. Oeiras Parque station to the Lagoas Park business park.
